2 lbs.
lbs. Small Squid Flour or corn oil for frying Olive Oil Salt Lemon

Preparation |
Wash the squid, drain well and flour. In very hot oil deep fry a few at a time, until golden and crisp. Drain; sprinkle lightly with salt and serve at once with lemon. |
